This Policy is issued by Export Center LLC (the «Operator») in accordance with Russian Federal Law No. 152-FZ «On Personal Data». It describes how the Operator processes personal data of visitors and users of export.ru.com.
1. Data we collect
- identification: name, company name, position;
- contact: email, phone, messenger ID;
- technical: IP, browser, OS, cookies, pages visited;
- business data submitted in supplier-registration and contact forms.
2. Purpose of processing
- creating and supporting User accounts;
- responding to contact requests between buyer and supplier;
- moderation of supplier profiles and product listings;
- improving site performance and analytics (Yandex.Metrika, GA4);
- compliance with applicable law.
3. Legal basis
Consent of the data subject (the act of submitting a form), performance of a contract or pre-contract, and the Operator's legitimate interest in running the marketplace and preventing abuse.
4. Storage and security
Data is stored on servers located in the Russian Federation. The Operator applies organisational and technical measures required by Russian law (access control, encryption in transit, audit trails).
5. Sharing
Personal data is not sold. It may be disclosed to: (a) the supplier explicitly chosen by the User via a contact request; (b) processors acting under written instructions of the Operator; (c) public authorities where required by law.

7. Your rights
You may at any time request access, rectification, deletion, restriction or transfer of your personal data, and withdraw consent. Write to sale@export.ru.com.
8. Retention
We keep personal data for as long as needed for the purposes above and applicable retention periods, then we delete or anonymise it.
